After Jamie’s very first pole dance class, she was hooked! With a background in sports & fitness Jamie caught on quick and was eager to share her passion with others. Jamie graduated with honors from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Kinesiology, is a certified Pilates instructor & has been teaching pole & exotic dance for over 3 years. 
Sarah al Nour
Belly Dance Instructor
Sarah al Nour lives to dance and dances to live! Although she has always loved to dance, it was not until college that Sarah truly discovered her passion for dance performance. After one Middle Eastern Dance class, an unquenchable fire was ignited and she has been dancing up a storm ever since! She has studied traditional bellydance with renowned dance artist and instructor Angelika Nemeth, in whose company she danced for several years and has been blessed to study Tribal/ American Tribal Style/various stage, fusion and ethnic dance forms from the Middle East and India with some of the greatest American and international teachers ( including Sharon Kihara, Rachel Brice, Sashi, Momo Kadous, Meera, Sooz and many others.) Sarah is constantly stretching her abilities, knowledge and repertoire by researching, teaching and performing in a multitude of venues. In addition to instructional and performance videos, she can be seen performing with Move Bollywood and the Astra Von Berlifitzing Dance Co. and co-produces the "Bands And Bellies" showcase with Alec Marken. Sarah also enjoys costume design, and is a published writer within the bellydance community. She loves building relationships with students and watching them grow in their dance. She hopes that her students will catch the same passion for life that dance has given her.

Yana
Burlesque Instructor
With a bachelors degree in Public Relations and her Masters in Economics, Yana, our Sexy Russian Burlesque Instructor, moved to the states in 2003 to pursue a business career. Little did she expect that 3 years later she would be a stay at home mom with 2 young children! Between taking care of her home, her young daughter, her son whom requires therapy and a special diet due to High Function Autism, she found little time for herself. She did not feel like the sexy, attractive and confident woman she once was. At this point in her life, she knew that she needed to take some time for herself to find the old Yana and decided to give pole dancing a try. The music, the lights, the sexy shoes drew her in and the transformation from housewife to "Russian Ice" Burlesque instructor and performer began.
About a year after Yana's first pole dancing class, she had become a Certified Instructor and began sharing her love and transformation with others. Continuing to learn and grow from the sexy world of dance, Yana discovered Burlesque and fell in love. Gloves, boas, corsets and fishnets, Yana had found her true calling! Yana is very passionate about teaching and feels privileged to to share her art with other woman and to be able to see and be a part of the transformation inside them .
Aside from teaching, Yana has performed several times in the "Sassy Minxx Jr" managed by Trina Lance and at other venues. Yana is a proud mother of two, a sexy wife and confident woman. She's also lost 35lbs! You can visit her personal website www.ocburlesque.com
