STILETTO POLE LEVEL 1 – 5 Week Series
In this series, you will learn an array of fabulous & sexy pole tricks. Each 1-hour class includes a warm-up & will focus on a single foundation movement for the first 30 minutes followed by a choreographed routine which blends your spin/trick to add grace and flow. What to wear: Yoga attire such as tank tops and fitted pants. 6 inch heels are optional. They are available for purchase or you may borrow a pair at no charge. Please do not wear any lotions/oils to class. Week 5 – booty shorts are required to climb the pole.
STILETTO POLE LEVEL 2 – 5 Week Series
Ready to pull from your bag of pole tricks & create a sexy routine? This series incorporates pole tricks, exotic dance movements & transitions that will leave you looking & feeling super sexy. Stiletto Pole Level 2 focuses on intermediate strength based tricks as well as grace and choreography. What to wear: Yoga attire such as tank tops and fitted pants. 6 inch heels are optional. Heels are available for purchase or you may borrow a pair at no charge. Please do not wear any lotions/oils to class. Week 3 & 5 – booty shorts are required to climb the pole. Pre-requisite: Stiletto Pole 1.
STILETTO POLE LEVEL 3 – 5 Week Series
Are you ready to take your pole dancing to the next level? This series focuses on gaining strength, proper form & confidence needed for performing beginning inversions to advanced pole tricks. Students are asked not to wear heels while being spotted. Please no lotion/oils in class. Prerequisite: Completion of level 1 & 2 or instructor approval.
STILETTO POLE LEVEL 4 – 5 Week Series
This class is designed for the intermediate to advanced student working to perfect advanced pole tricks. Prerequisite: Completion of Levels 1-3 or instructor approval.

EXOTIC DANCE – 5 Week Series
This series incorporates many of the same movements of Pole Dancing without the pole! Learn to let go of your inhibitions while creatively flowing to slow, sensual music while building your physical, emotional strength & well being! We will begin by learning the basics of exotic dance floor movements, incorporating a chair into the routine, learning a sexy lap dance, strip tease & ending the series with a review & freestyle session. What to wear: Yoga attire such as tank tops and fitted pants. 6-inch heels are optional. Heels are available for purchase or you may borrow a pair at no charge. Open to all levels. Class 4 Strip Tease requires a pair of shorts or a skirt (with something underneath) and a zip down top or jacket.
STILETTO BURLESQUE – 5 Week Series
It’s time to have fun and get flirty with satin gloves and feather boas! Instantly transform into a beautiful burlesque star! Learn a sexy Burlesque dance routine which will include props such as boas, a chair, gloves, pearls and a fedora. Let go of your inhibitions and celebrate your femininity! (No nudity). What to wear: Yoga attire such as tank tops and fitted pants. The first class will discuss props needed for each class. Select props are available at the studio for purchase. Week 5 – Bring all props to class for review and learn the Pin Up hair style! Open to all levels.
GO-GO In The Club – 60 minutes
Learn the sexiest dance moves with a hint of sassiness that will be sure to release your inner vixen (regardless of experience or confidence level). With step by step instructions, learn the hottest club/go-go style dance moves to drive others wild and then combine the moves into a sultry routine for a sexy workout that will be sure to sculpt, slim, and tone your physique! What to wear: Workout attire and tennis shoes or low heeled go-go boots are recommended. Open to all levels.
HOOPDANCE – 60 minutes
Hooping blends mind, body and spirit in a fun, flowing, full body workout. Learn to hoop on your torso, arms and off your body in fluid spins and arcs. Hooping is an amazing tool for dance, rhythm & self expression. You’ll strengthen your core, find your rhythm and maybe even reach a state of bliss!
GO-GO Dance – 60 minutes
Sultry strength session combining resistance training & sexy dance moves. Burn calories, tone muscles & increase your metabolism. It's a little strength, a little seductive, and a whole lot of Sensual Resistance! Open to all levels.
BIKINI BODY BOOTCAMP – 60 minutes
This dynamic weight training class is designed to maximize your hour’s worth of calorie burning and strengthen those muscles. Using hand weights, bands, balls, your own body weight and of course the pole to get a total body workout! Open to all levels.
BELLYDANCE SHIMMY – 75 minutes
Are you ready for an exotic workout? Learn belly dance movements, combinations, drum solos, isolations, veil & finger cymbals. Move like a goddess and into a sexy, shapely new you! What to wear: Form fitted clothing such as Yoga attire, belly dance attire such as Hip scarf (coin belt). Genie pants and Hip scarves are available for purchase. Going bare foot is optional. Open to all levels.
BELLYDANCE SHIMMY LEVEL 2 - 75 minutes
Learn the sultry moves of belly dance and express yourself through movement. Develop a deeper understanding of the Arabic style belly dance focusing on stretching, strengthening and isolations. Prerequisite: Bellydance Shimmy 1 Series or any previous dance experience
TRIBAL FUSION BELLYDANCE – 8 weeks
Discover the Tribal community as we get fit, fierce and FOXY! This powerful style fuses modern dance & music with Middle Eastern rhythms. The strengthening isolations & graceful fluid movements will tone & trim your shape while boosting your confidence and self-expression.
What to wear: Form fitted clothing such as Yoga attire, belly dance attire such as Hip scarf (coin belt). Genie pants and Hip scarves are available for purchase. Going bare foot is optional. Open to all levels.
TRIBAL FUSION BELLYDANCE LEVEL 2 - 8 weeks
Deepen your existing knowledge of this powerful yet sensuous art form & increase your movement capabilities with complex combinations & choreography. We will also explore stylistic expression and improvisation. The end result: a well-rounded dancer who is ready to rock their own tribal style. (Pre-requisite –Tribal 1 or instructor approval)
YOGA FOR THE DANCING SOUL - 60 Minutes
Come explore your body and mind with Lulu. Get in touch with your core body through meditative flow, build muscle strength and stability, sink deep into stretches for the soft tissue and float away into your inner mind during relaxation. What to wear: Fitted clothing such as Yoga attire. Going bare foot is optional. All levels welcome!
CANDLELIGHT YOGA - 75 Minutes
Melt-down mid week with this rejuvenating class. Lulu will lead you through a detoxing vinyasa to release stress and anxiety and then guide you into deep relaxation poses to restore balance and peace of mind, while preparing the body for bed. All levels welcome.
The Sweet Spin MAORI POI DANCE – 5 Weeks
Being unique & letting go has never been so exciting! Add music, style & eventually fire & you are unstoppable! This Polynesian dance uses poi balls (cords w/weighted ends) for spinning & interweaving in a circular motion, building strength & coordination. The Sweet Spin series guides you through the beginning moves of Poi Dance while encouraging you to find your own personal flow. Everyone is beautiful, supportive & unique. We teach you the basics & you fill in the rest!
